Anyone at Deloitte know how to view utilization?
I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

Raise and a promotion in title.
I'd take any of those. Raise most importantly, but if I was promised an international project I'd jump ship too.
I would say raise and promotion title as well. I feel like if you jumped multiple times with no promotion, then it would be obvious on your resume that you only jumped ship for the money.
Raise, promotion and a company with good upward momentum...u don't wanna be stuck at a company that u have to wait for somebody to quit
Raise, promotion in title, relocation, with travel, non micro-managerial culture.
Is it really that bad to move 'for the money'? We work for profit driven companies, right? Don't real recognize real?
