I've heard Deloitte and EY will both pay for your MBA in return for years of slavery.

like

Bain does everything plus a bit of stipend on top and will pay you if you want to do a non-profit internship over the summer too (or will set you up with a corporate one that Bain also pays you for directly). Don’t know all the BCG McK details but imagine they’re very similar.

Deloitte pays for 100% of school if you are pre-approved (GSAP) and come back for two years (assuming you were at Deloitte prior to school).

Definitely not ours :(

But the D program pays you AFTER you go in the form of a bonus that’s taxed (at about 50%) and it’s contingent on a certain rating. Last year the firm was doing badly and they arbitrarily gave bad ratings to get out of reimbursing tuition so you can’t count on it

like

I thought I read something here that Bain or Boston pays for it completely

EY doesn't pay the whole amount

How much does ey reimburse

BC1 i want to go to bschool but can not afford to full time. Does it sound reasonable to join BC in efforts to take advantage of that offer?

Lol, if I can even get in, that is

Bain folks do full time only. Can’t manage part time on top of our regular work.

Yes that would be my goal too. In my earlier comment, I meant that i cannot afford to do so full time without some employer benefit

D also has a reimbursement cap. If you go to the most expensive MBA programs, they won’t cover all of it. But they will pay a big chunk if you intern between Y1&2 and sign on full time for post grad. Love, a recent top 10 MBA grad.

What type of consulting leads towards working at a Hedge Fund? I found I love doing analysis but I do it as a hobby and I’m mostly self taught. My background is manufacturing, engineering, and technology. I have a MBA but my business skills in Finance, Accounting, etc. are definitely my weakness. I’m really good at picking stocks because of my background even though my business skills are not as strong. Maybe I’m thinking about this wrong. Any help is appreciated.

Like most of the agencies, we were operating in a high touch environment with our clients to grow business. And in 2020 everyone understood the need to operate remotely and focused on getting the work done. However a lot of sales/opportunities for growth were discovered in informal coffee/lunch sessions with clients. I wonder how are all of you engaging with clients in a remote set up. Hi all! For an experienced hire as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte, what should I expect the salary/sign-on bonus to be at a MCOL city? I have approx. 3.5 YOE (non-consulting), MBA and MS degree (non target school) and also SHRM certified (which is probably irrelevant for the role but thought I’d share anyways). AlixPartners is appealing because of the smaller firm feel, more focused line of work, and substantially better pay.
