What firms pay bi-monthly and what firms pay bi-weekly?

Just found out I'm getting promoted at the end of this year. I am currently a SC and an moving to M. I expect my total comp to be in the 180-200 range. While I'm reluctant to take a pay cut, I'm looking for a new career that focuses more on work life balance and remote work. Anyone got any suggestions on where I should look? I have a decent amount of technology background but I've been on the manager/strategy side since graduating in 2017.

I have been an advisor with a big 5 Bank (CIBC) in Canada for 4 years..been with the bank for 7 years total. I feel like I maxed out what I can learn and got bored so took a job as an associate with Asset Management..naturally I took a pay cut from it as well. No 401k, no WFH, but they have unlimited PTO. They are also offering me 10k shares of common stock (25% vested 1 year after the date vesting begins and the remaining on a monthly basis over the next 3 years).
