SAP 😭
Arrogance of many of the people who work at SAP
Their inconsistent, obfuscated and confusing product branding. E.g., SAP BIW (v1.2A-2.1C) > SAP BW (v3.0A-3.5) > SAP BI (v 7.0) > SAP BW (v 7.01 > current)... Since v7.0 had a relatively longish reign ('05-'08) it is often still incorrectly referred to by many in practice as BI, which by itself isn't an issue I guess but then SAP now separately uses "SAP BI" as an umbrella marketing term to refer to the "SAP Business Intelligence Platform" suite of front end reporting tools (e.g., Chrystal Reports)... Another good example is their usage of BusinessObjects / "BOBJ" which they had formally "decommissioned" as a product name a few years back but still use it (inconsistently) to this day, like as a prefix to SAP BI (https://www.sap.com/products/bi-platform.html).. but only sometimes... Keeping track of it all is hard enough as an SAP person, having to explain it to people who aren't is painful.
