I enjoy speaking to people about financial matters. Big believer in the Pay it Forward concept and this was the best way for me to accomplish this goal.

Former social worker. I'm passionate about helping people, but want to make a decent living. I also needed to be challenged intellectually.

After teaching for almost 2 decades I was considering a career move and started investigating where I was for retirement. Didn't like the answer but was fascinated by the topic.

Fell into it. Liberal Arts, Latin American studies major. Walked into MLynch international as a temp. Never looked back. It was an exciting place to be. There was money to be made and I did it.

$ and no boss to report to

Money is something everyone has to use yet the financial literacy rates are horrendous. The world desperately needs us. It happens to pay well (eventually) so it’s a winner for me

Advice to directors, senior managers, MDs and partners applying to Google 1. Google is growing slowly. Gcp is growing really fast. Make sure you know where you are applying 2. Sales and sales related roles are growing the fastest. 3. You will not get a team to do your work for you - all the stuff you used to delegate. You will need to do that now. 4. The people that run teams are called managers. They do the following a) scoping work b) staffing c) people mgmt.
