What happens if you signed a job offer but get a better one after?

I’m embarrassed to post this but I have a 5mo old (my first) and he’s spending a month in my wife’s country of origin. I feel bad that I need to *actively* remind myself to think about him. Contd..

I would love to get into provider credentialing, but all employers I've looked at want at least 3 years of experience. So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years.

Anyone know who might be looking for a network coordinator?

Possible to move from RX (FDD background) back to FDD.

Specifically at A&M. Currently RX at Alix but the travel is wearing me down. I'd like to go back to FDD and do TAG at A&M. That possible? I know I might have to wait till a better economic environment

2nd yr senior in accounting reporting advisory. Does it make sense to apply for a financial analyst II role in amazon ?

The role is mostly finance, budgeting and forcasting and running numbers so skills at ara are not 100% transferable so it make sense

But it does feel like a level down. The comp is expected to be 30% higher including all the incentives.
