You accrue up to 176 pto hours...holidays are gone by the end of fiscal year if not used....

like

But pto rolls over correct? What's the difference between holiday and PTO exactly?

Sorry first year with the firm here and I know these are v dumb questions

Pto rolls over, with a max accrual of 176, depending on level years with firm etc.

Holiday hours are in addition, every year, to recognize holidays in the US...

OP, those holidays also include floating holidays - if you don't use your floating holidays by June 30, you lose them

Looking to take a family vacation out west in August and my mom really want to go to Big Sky. I really want to do Yellowstone, but I feel like it’s best to stay in the park for a couple of nights to really experience Yellowstone, rather than a day trip in from Big Sky. Thinking we should do a couple nights in Big Sky and a couple nights in Yellowstone. Planning to fly in and out of Bozeman. Any recommendations for Big Sky or Yellowstone? Anyone stayed in Yellowstone?

My firm is implementing an unlimited PTO policy so for those of you who’s companys already have it - do you like it, how does it work, and what is the max number of days that you would take off?

Tfw youre going on vacation but still have a crap load of work unfinished and a lot more new work waiting for you when you come back... And of course I’ll be thinking about that while on “vacation”..

I’m up for promotion next year (will find out around February next year) and expecting my first baby in April. With two years of consulting experience, I’m scared of looking for jobs. You may laugh at my imposter syndrome, but I developed an interview phobia. The last time I studied for case interviews was in the final semester of my MBA a bit over two years ago. After I’ve failed many interviews (cases), I got into my current job by cracking difficult cases. Now, busy with ongoing projects, I have no desire to study case interviews again. How much of practice would bring me back to proficiency? 3-4 mos?
