What happens when the bench period of 60 Days is Over and you are still not mapped to any project? Coforge ltd

I know as attorneys of color, we often find ourselves being in a room with dozens of attorneys and still were the only attorney of color (I’m a brown woman, very often the only brown person AND only woman in the room). I’m starting to attend more client meetings and depositions, trials, etc. and I’m noticing it more and it’s starting to distract me bc I start overthinking it in the moment. How do y’all deal with that?

I currently lead a team of UX consultants working at an enterprise client. Recently, the consulting company got another enterprise client asking for a single UX resource and I am seriously considering it to diversify my experience.
