Hi fishes, I've joined TCS on 9th nov as a 2 YOE .Net developer. Since past week I'm getting project interview calls, I have given 3 till now, not selected in 1 and not sure in other 2. I've followed up with the interviewers about my interview , both said that they have given their feedback to their managers and if there is an requirement I will be called up. I am little worried seeing all the layoffs going on...can my employment be in danger upon failing in project interviews?? Tata Consultancy

He’s still emailing me 8 weeks after a 2 week study ended saying I look like an amateur for including a strategy overview he thinks is impossible but his CEO (who he’s never even spoken to) specifically asked for because of reasons far above his pay range.
I’ll respond once he’s fired

Called me 6 times for trivial things they made out to be world-ending when I was in the ER with Covid.
Yelled at me, yelled at my team, threatened to fire people from my team (his boss signed the contracts), wrote all caps emails. Little things would set him off and he’d go on a tirade for hours. I imagine that’s what being in a verbally abusive relationship is like.
Nope, in the US. Maybe just a ton of toxic people around. I just felt bad for his direct reports since they couldn’t ask to roll if the project like I eventually pushed for when I was reaching my limit.
Lied on me to his management cover his a##. And verbally kept on asking me to copy and paste old data on a daily base to present to his management but wouldn’t put the request in writing. Also reported me to his management because their system of records was down therefore I couldn’t produce his daily report/did not speak to my PM prior to reporting me to his management.
Had 2 directors leading project who were rarely present at the same time and often gave us conflicting direction, with each D insisting their way was correct and would berate us if we did the other D's way. They assigned staff to work scope that they were unfamiliar with but then put them on PIPs and subsequently fired for not knowing what they were doing and asking other team members for help. The Ds stopped showing up to weekly updates and team meetings, wouldnt read emails or answer our calls, then demanded we send them twice weekly status update docs so theyd know what we were doing and updated on risks etc, except they never read them. When half the team left or was fired, we had to absorb all of the extra work. After begging for support they eventually hired 2 new members but they were not expected to actually do work, they were expected to supervise us and report back to the Ds because they were convinced we weren't working hard enough. Those 2 supervisors then went on a power trip of regularly moving deadlines to an earlier date with no warning or reason. They would approve next steps or recommendations then throw us under the bus if the D disagreed. They would offer to help with research if we were spread then, then back out the night before just to berate us for missing a deadline when they were the cause. It wasnt a good project.
This sounds horrific. Props to you for sticking through it!!
