Have worked with BCG and McKinsey, smart and friendly people in both cases, but they made me feel poor. 3/5 experience .
Haven't had the best experience with CACI employees. They just seem like miserable people in general and always asking me if we are hiring.
True story. First project w slalom I was with a client for a year. They have vendors and consultants all over the place. Spent 15 mins in a meeting with 4 other ppl I hadn’t met before when we all figured out none of us were employees
On a project like that now. It turns into Game of Thrones minus the entertaining parts
Happens a lot in LS with ZS and CRA. It’s all good except the ZS team can be either heavily foreign or straight offshore, which is really difficult.
On one now with 3 consulting firms... there’s always some friction when an issue arises, but we learned to operate better after a month or so. Cognizant is first to blame everyone else, but has the developers (quantity) to throw at a problem quickly. Accenture calmly collects facts and documents things, and Slalom is the solution maker, diplomat and client liaison.
Worked on a project with Cognizant and two contractors. We all got along and would go out for lunch and helped each other out. I know that behind the scenes we were trying to overtake the other, but at the end of the day, we completed the project and each one went on to other projects.
Have not had a good time working with CGI, they’ve tried to throw us under the bus multiple times
Interesting experiences, thanks for sharing! I was having eye-rolly moments with PwC so got interested to see what other’s experiences are like. Hi5 to SA1...
Great experience working with a Capgem guy, mixed experience working with Accenture. I think it depends mostly on the person and less on the firm (unless it is that company's culture to be a douche)
