You could go into Credentialing for healthcare. There is a lot of overlap in technical skill set, but none of the employee relations issues.
That's def true. Credentialing has many cross over skills from HR. I've done both.
I have not transitioned out, but could see project management being a good option. Also consider a niche (training, org development, compensation). Moderator or event facilitator. Something in marketing maybe. HR skills are a lot about connecting and communicating with people….customer service trainer. I’m just brain dumping, LOL
