I am teaching a week long summer course for students with ASD. I will be leading a morning meeting for 30-60 minutes daily, then meeting with each student for 30 minutes daily, all over Zoom.

I need ideas for how to make morning meeting meaningful for all students. I'll have students in 3rd, 6th, 7th, and 11th grades.

Random Tangent: After year end results were delivered, staff received meager 3.8% adjustments, which is far from the news reports of 7.9% USA inflation. Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.
