Crunchy peanut butter on granny smith apples

Golden milk which is basically tumeric + black pepper with some other goodies. I use coconut creme (the high fat stuff in a can) in my Nespresso frother and it’s a keto, intermittent fasting-friendly “breakfast” with all sorts of anti inflammatory and other healthy effects. (I love kombucha too)
Beef and other ruminants, pasture raised eggs, and pickled vegetables

Smoothies: spinach, mixture of frozen fruit, 4 oz of yogurt plain and protein powder. So good.
Olive leaf extract. When I was younger and had mono there was nothing you could take for it, but my doctor suggesting these herbal pills that boost your immune system. Days later I actually started to feel better and now my whole family swears by them. I take them any time I feel any inkling of being sick and usually it nips it in the bud. Been taking one every day during the Great WFH Days along with multi vitamin gummies.

Goli Apple cider vinegar gummies, JOI almond milk (has no icky chemicals and better for the environment), Ritual vitamins and I just got Hilma which is like Emergen C but without the chemicals.
I have kombucha a few times each week too.
But what I am most excited about is that I’m going to make Dig Inn’s sweet potato brownies this week.
