My SO and I are low FODMAP and it’s a great guideline for us! SO has diagnosed stomach issues, I do not, and I still feel better with it
Could be stress related. I have this issue and did an endoscopy to rule out everything. So yay stress!

I’d ask a nutritionist or primary care doctor if you feel pain after eating certain foods. For me, exercise usually helps prevent/resolve any bloating.

Water, probiotics, and avoiding my triggers
If you’re having a rough go, water + exercise + a couple days will help
I spent thousands of dollars at the GI and the two things that helped me the most is IBGuard, (over the counter peppermint oil) and not napping/sleeping immediately after a big meal. The second one sounds like common sense but it was a lot harder than I thought lol
Me too, usually the culprit is tomato-based sauces because of the acid. Orange juice, acidic fruits and even mild peppers give me heartburn sometimes. I try to go for a walk or stay upright at least an hour after each meal and that usually helps
I put a scoop of sakara metabolism booster in my morning coffee and take their chlorophyll drops before bed. Works well for me and gives me energy.

Maybe you are lactose intolerant. Try swapping out yogurt and cottage cheese for hard cheeses or get rid of dairy completely
Do you take a probiotic?
I take a liquid one and it’s helped me a lot! I’m also 95% plant based (100% at home, a little more lax when out) which I think helps a lot too
Maybe try lessening/eliminating sodium in your diet? It’s always the culprit for me. And I love salt 😭

I’ve noticed that my coffee intake negatively impacts my stomach and digestion
