When is the appropriate time to start looking for your second in house job?

I’ve been offered a new role for 48k with a signing bonus but I’ve checked on Glassdoor and can see the budget for the role is 50-73k. I’d it worth me trying to negotiate for higher? I don’t have any previous experience in the field but it is something I’m trying to pivot into so this would be a good starting point. The job title is for a Product Marketing Executive

I had a final round interview, and the recruiter reached out later to ask for references and asked if I was close to getting offers at any other places. Are they asking as that will affect the offer they will give? Or are they just asking to see how quickly they need to move? How would you answer that question if you’re interviewing with other places but haven’t gotten to the final rounds yet?

What companies pay for grad school?

Our company is attempting to move from basic agile to the scaled agile framework (SAFe). In preparation, we are trying to make clear who will fit into each role. There’s some confusion around the “business owner” role, and what titles might assume the role. Would an IT manager be an example of a “Business Owner”? IT director? Management on the business side?

I’m through to the 3rd round of interviews at a London fintech. 1st was with with head of ppl and head of sales, 2nd was with COO, upcoming is with head of partnership sales and the head of business development.
