Don't think so ,as much as there is a demand for freshers ,a company cannot replace it's experienced resources with 2-3 freshers .It is bound to take a hit

IT before was like average span of working in. Company was 10 years or till retirements
Slowly2 down the line many switch starteed, but it wasn't of that level until covid struck, you can give interview with convenience of your laptop. Then started the great resignation era.. Many committed folks too left and I feel with changes we are seeing new things and salary wise obviously juniors would be getting better why? Because they without any hesitation switch. If it was Office environment everyone chatting and spending wfo life folks wouldn't think much about switching, it was the last thing to ponder on. But now Freshers have very less interaction with company colleagues and that will surely impact how tthey grow in IT.
All wont face it but some will surely because a bit of attachment with team is always required otherwise just completing. Jira and. doing teams call for a task wont suffice...
