What if i am rejected in first client interview in LTI after joining and after how many more they will ask you to leave

Re-invited to interview at BCG but also want to cast a wide net and apply for Mck and Bain. However got rejected last year this time at the resume screen stage. I’ve changed firms since I last applied (to a well known boutique) - is this sufficient or am I still frozen?

Does anyone else get tired of dealing with rude clients all the time?? I hate working in a position where I can’t stand up for myself and instead have to kiss butt to keep the client happy

Interviewed with firm. Crazy close to home. Firm does my specialty. Seems like a good fit (I have ptsd from previous firms so gun shy). I think I got low balled salary wise. Like $25k less than what I am making now. I would have 4+ years more experience than any of their associates. Their most senior associate has like 4 kids and has a stay at home wife. I find it hard to believe they are paying that associate as low as they offered me. Probably going to counter but would it be wrong to compare

What would you do?

I was recently promoted to be a senior and I’m on this project with an acting senior and associates. The acting senior would tell everyone, including me, what to do everyday before I get the chance to. I feel like he is stepping into my boundaries. I feel uncomfortable being told by him what I have to do when I know it myself. I feel like he’s my senior instead lol.

Am I being oversensitive about this as a new senior? Or how would you address this?

I joined Cognizant August 2021, after that 6 months of training and then I got 2 projects 3 months each but didn't get any tasks there. Now I am again in a project for almost 2 months but no task. I had an interview in LTI for a .Net Developer position. There were 2 technical rounds and I got selected. I received an email from the recruiter to submit the documents and EAF. I had submitted the requested documents the same day. The recruiter told me that she will schedule the HR round.

I was following up with her, and after a month she messaged me on WhatsApp and said, the HR round can't be scheduled because my expected CTC is her maximum budget. Seriously 😳
