Any tips on how to deal with early burnout? I moved agencies cause I felt burned out/taken advantage of, and it feels like it’s slowly happening again. Should I stick it out until it gets better or jump ship now?

I am a 30 year old single woman and right now I am setting up my retirement account at my new job and of course they offer a 401k and will match 100% of my contribution up to 3% of my annual salary. They also offer a Roth 401k. I’m not sure yet if I will retire early but I may have the opportunity to do so if things go according to planned. What would you say is the wisest thing for me to do for my financial future invest in both my traditional and Roth 401k or chose one and why?

How much should I charge a friend to watch 4 dogs at their home over Christmas weekend (2 nights)? The dogs don't have any special needs or medications. I've dog sat for other people in the past but always for free. I also have had dogs of my own for most of my life. I want to start charging people for my services but also want to be reasonable since this is a friend and don't plan to charge a holiday fee. We live in St. Louis. In an upward trajectory after getting over a bad breakup last year. I’m in an excellent place by all accounts, soaring professionally, and got an excellent job lined up as the next step. Even though I started dating again, I have zero motivation to commit. The mental peace that I’ve gained is so great, I’d rather be alone and just focus on me.

I have a good job, I’m healthy, and am privileged. Except I feel lonely if I’m not dating someone or apart of something like a team or tight knit group. I try to run from my feelings through work, hobbies, and partying but still feel starved of a deep emotional connection. (I have already done therapy for this for more than a year) It makes me really sad and I usually push people away because I’m so desperate for someone to care about me. Anyone out there want to talk?
