What if you started a new position in the last 4 months then you realize you accepted a salary way below market value? Is it reasonable to try to ask for a raise so early in the position? There are even other opportunities that would offer better salary but not as much educational advancement.

I believe 4 months is a little to early as you would have just passed your 90 day review and could give the wrong impression.

Tips:
1. Hate to sound harsh, but do your market research next time ..
2. Have 1:1 with your manager and talk about your SMART goals targets what you are going to accomplish them so that you can get a good year end review and then ask for a higher raise
3. Consider the education and learning opportunity that you mentioned .. if after a year it does meet your expectation at least you take the experience with you when go elsewhere

I would wait until 6 months at the absolute earliest if you really need it. Some places do a 6 month review and that's a natural time to ask. Otherwise wait until the one year mark so you've racked up evidence of your value to come armed with. It's hard to ask for more once they've locked you in and budgeted for the year, in my experience.

Thank for the advise it’s appreciated

Any advice on how to make a decision? Things to consider besides pay?

Considering a move to NTT Data in a healthcare consulting role. Mixed reviews in the bowls. Major concerns are bench policy, staff aug roles, 2 week PTO, and high turnover due to job dissatisfaction. Recruiter and mgr had great things to say around growth and opportunity, which doesn’t align with feedback from the bowls or Glassdoor.
Understanding things have changed there in the last few months, I need un-biased advice from fellow fish who have recently joined or can speak to recent changes

Hi everybody just want to share something.
I was the 2021 best ADR of all CEU in my company, got a promotion as account executive and in the first 7 month I’ve been between the 3 best sales of the team (12 people). Got back from 2 weeks of holidays and a month of sick leave I’m a bit demotivated by the culture of always been closing, always pushing etc.. I feel like I’m a bit tired. Probably I need a new experience or I don’t like the job anymore.. Anyone been in this situation? Any advice?
