What individual company stocks are everyone getting in this dip?

Hi, I have a question in regard of applying for an internal positions within the company. I been here for 6 months and found another opportunity that I am very interested in that was just posted. I have an interview with HR but it states that if it goes to the hiring manager, it will notified my manager.
Should I tell my manager now or just until it notified my manager? I would feel stupid if the hiring manager didn't pick me

Just lost all my gains and more by investing in individual stocks ($70k- PTON) since I thought I was able to do what I did last year. It was my first time investing in anything and I just caught onto the frenzy. I wish I knew better, but better late than never. I also think me having a lot of college debt made me more desperate to try to get out of my situation as soon as possible.

Would love to hear if you had any similar stories about bad decisions when you first started out investing.

I have about $150k cash to invest. Already have my emergency fund, safety cash (because I’m risk averse and want extra cushion). My net worth (excluding this and other cash) is close to $600K, with about 60% in 401K and the rest in index funds. I’m not a homeowner and don’t plan to be any time soon.
What would you do with this money? Especially now with the uncertainty in the market?
