Karrie Locher is a MUST (also use her free baby registry guide. It is spot on. Seriously, disregard all other registry checklists). I love big little feelings, speech sisters, feeding littles (AMAZING for when you start solid foods), baby sleep answers, taking cara babies and mommy labor nurse (helpful while pregnant). Busy toddler is awesome when you get to that stage. Oh and Janet Lansbury podcast is awesome, called unruffled. She posts on Instagram too, but less frequently.

Just wanted to remind my fellow creatives that agencies need us more than we need them. It’s important to be respectful, but don’t be afraid to speak up, push back, ask for a raise, ask for time off or quit. The value we bring to the table is fundamental, very hard to replace and is often overlooked by us and leadership. Agencies everywhere are in overdrive mode and creatives are being overworked to keep the engine moving. Make sure you’re compensated properly for it.

Hi, I’m currently on parental leave and interested in doing some minor side huddling like case coaching or college essay editing etc. Something consultants can do well and easily. Are there known websites/ forums to offer these services and get connected to clients?

like

Made a project plan based on a previous merger they provided and changed the names to match the current merger. Scheduled meetings on a weekly basis. Took notes in meetings. Never spoke to client. Played video games the rest of the time. Apparently I'm the best consultant ever according the client feedback to ppmd. They also recommended me for promotion to manager for "being extremely diligent and hardworking". Why can't projects/clients like these be the ones that get multiple phases?!!

Our baby girl is now 3 mos old and has been exclusively breastfed (with the exception of the first few weeks where she got the enfamil bottles while my supply was still getting established). We now want to give her a bottle at night but she completely refused the formula bottle and puked her guts out throughout the night because of the few sips she took. What do we do now?Anyone have recommendations for alternative formulas we can try? How would you reintroduce formula to a baby like this? TIA
