I’m not sure what to do. Which has better growth and exit strat.

Current:
67K + 5% Bonus + Stock: 7% of salary

- After I get placed I had heard I would be at
80s + 10% bonus and stock at 7%
- stock has vesting schedule of 5 yr

JPM:
80K + Discretionary Bonus

My husband is just burning into his role (sub 1 month) and has noticed a lot of people in his team are let go. Enough that it caused concern immediately. Post my MBA (Fin), I've been working in a bank as a Relationship Manager for over a year. I've realized majority of roles in banking are sales profiles (also less learnings and repetitive work) . I'd consider myself a good analyst rather than a salesperson.

Now applying for public accounting firms entry level positions but almost all firms HR asked if I had ever worked in firms. Got rejection emails from firms all the time. I eventually want to be a Christian counselor and I just stared school but that’ll take awhile to get where I want to be. Due to inflation at its highest rate since 1982, I feel that I am not being paid enough. I can’t afford things on a day to day basis and I think I can make the same amount of money in gig jobs for cash downtown. During the Trump administration I was doing just fine financially - now it costs me so much just to get to work. Is it appropriate to have an inflation conversation with my bosses or should I just pick up shifts as a bartender at night - I need to make about 600 more a month to make it.

I’m new in a dual media relations/digital role. I found myself surprised to see that the digital team actually has account editing video/designing graphics. Is this normal? Before I was at a larger agency where creative would be called in to do this work. We have a creative team at this new agency so I’m not sure why they aren’t called to support.
