Been in psych a year but feel like I am not getting the experience with the patients I thought I would have. Maybe it’s my hospital. Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.

My company has always had SalesForce but it was not really a tool that we used or that anyone looked at. Over the last year my company has put more stress on growth (to be acquired or IPO) and they are now obsessed. I know it is important and necessary and my boss is clearly becoming stressed with our entire team.
