What investment apps are all of you using?
I'm using Acorns and I love how easy it is to save and invest.

I recently joined LTI. I declared previous employer income in form C. Ideally this should not be calculated while deducting tax because my previous employer has already done it but LTI has deducted tax from my salary for previous employer income too.
Has anyone else faced this issue or do you have any input on this?

401k - I can contribute 15%/paycheck and max out by Oct/Nov or slightly less and max out by Dec. Any drawbacks to the latter? It will give me more monthly cash flow. Contributing max to ESPP too

It’s hard to trust the partners/leadership when they want us to return to office as being better when we increase offshoring? Also, the pressure on billable hours when all that really matters is how much our fixed labor costs vs. how much we can bill (which is usually fixed fee or at least a range) and the fixed labor costs of offshoring is significantly cheaper so the hours don’t matter. Am I mistaken by this viewpoint?

New to investing, have 90k in savings. Should I do lump sum or DCA based on current climate? (I'm 23 and plan to do 60% VTSAX 40% VFWAX)
