I’m an industry senior, manager is retiring in 2 months & new tax director is joining this week. Have been at company for 15 months. Considering talking to HR & new director for a plan to grow my career at this company; company is growing & likely we will need 2 more ppl at associate/senior levels (we have 1 associate). How do you know when to up the dose on your meds? Currently on 40 mg Vyvanse. I usually get the peak euphoria feeling (super alert) about 1 hour after i take my meds and it lasts for a couple of hours. I work late but have noticed that i spend too much time staring at the screen and keep jumping between tasks. Would upping the dose help me concentrate on one task at a time? If not how do you manage this? What tips would you have to prevent the constant back and forth between tasks? TIA

I’m currently at a director level of a large research program in academia and oversee operations. Prior to that I was a clinical research coordinator with extensive trial experience from study startup-close out. I’m not sure what level would be a good transition step and open to new roles/opportunities as well.
