I gave interview in TCS and cleared TR,MR and then had connect with CLIENT too. And then HR called and asked regarding compensation and my ask was 23LPA with 7years experience. I was told to submit documents and all which I did. And they have now suddenly scheduled one more round CLIENT CONNECT. Can anyone let me know if anyone has gone through this process in TCS and why client round is happening again? Or i have not been selected for previous client and this new client?

Would you return to the office right after flying if you have no symptoms? I would not want a colleague to come in if they just flew across the country until they isolate for a week or two, but it's individual choice at my office. I can stay home or go in. I just flew and want to go in - should I WFH a few days and/or get permission before I return? Everyone wears masks and distances at my office and anyone with high risk is fully remote now.

Trying to chart out my medical options. For tax savings I’m multiplying the HSA/FSA contribution by my marginal income tax rate + FICA. Then also doing that for contributions since those are pre-tax. Does that sound right? Want to double check because this is really where the HDHP becomes cheaper in my calcs.
