What do people know about Nom as a company?
20%
No raises each year? I think it is time to start looking for another company. "Normal" companies will at least offer you a 3% each year.
10-15% would be reasonable
20% if you are really killing it. Know your worth.
I'd normally aim for 10% a year, so I'd go with 20-25% since you haven't been adequately compensated over the past two and a half years. Good luck!
I would say no less than 20%. That is ridiculous that you haven't gotten a raise in all that time. You def need to make sure whatever you decide is inclusive of all the raises you should have gotten by now.
20-24% dependent upon industry, milestones/goals achieved and metrics surpassed (consistently) to back the request. Ensure bonuses and/or PTO increases are on top of if capable. Don’t reference current market.
Depends on your industry…. Also did you mean crushing it? Also please quantify crushing it so we can have a better idea of your performance.
Right now, I think salary raises are not really for everyone. I mean it really depends on the status of company. Might as well look for other companies that could give annual increase.
Assistant manager I agree. Every company is different.
