I have an interview for a LTC/Rehab Nurse Manager, Infection Preventionist position next week. My base salary is $40/hour as a charge nurse. With overtime I’ll be finishing the year about $15000 above my base pay. I have questions: first, I know I’ll be putting in at least the same number of hours I’m current working (50+/wk). How do I leverage that to avoid a pay cut. Also, any tips from people in this position?

They said they have plans but that I'll be auditing for several more months. I'm about to have my performance review and just received a job offer at another company. I am going through interview at the moment and the team is asking to make a fully detailed project plan along with a contingency plan for a marketing automated engine knowing :

The design team includes graphic, web, and digital designers (who are operating at 100% capacity for the next 4 weeks)
Solutions team that includes developers and tech specialists (who are at 80% capacity)
R&D team (who are at 50% capacity)
Acquisition team (who are at 100% capacity for the next 2 weeks).

I’m relatively new to PMing, and have a manager who has his hands very full dealing with org-level changes. I’m unable to find solid ground because of these changes, and unable to get the support I need as a new PM because he’s so busy.

I’m not sure how to get to a place of confidence in my work - find support elsewhere? Apply to switch products to something less important but more stable? Share with my manager even though I’m dubious he’ll support me? Apply out?
