My accounting edge finance is not compatible with the new Mac OS. I do not need the $15/month subscription they offering as an upgrade since I’m a lone freelancer. l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.

Looking for advice for investing in these two options. Say I have $100k by October saved up
1) Put 10k into iBonds and $90k as downpyament and closing costs for a property (I’ll need to put in 20%, already talked to several mortgage agents)
2) Put $0 in ibonds and put all the $100k in the home investing (given it’s a little more of an expensive property, given some other factors - location, size, etc)

My husband and I have saved up about $80K and it’s just sitting in our bank account. We thought we were going to buy a townhome but with the crazy inflated prices we decided not to since we like where we live currently (location could not be better and rent is crazy cheap at only $700 a month).
