Anyone have any tips for overcoming burnout? I’ve had some toxic work environments over the last 10 years and finally in a company I value with a job I feel valued in. I worked hard to climb the corporate ladder and ended up taking a down level and a slight pay cut to feel happier and I definitely do BUT I still feel the effects of burnout on the daily. I also feel guilty for not feeling more grateful for how good I have it and for lacking motivation. Any advice from others that experience this?

For those working in-house in a litigation oversight and/or employment law role, what was your most useful experience both for getting the job and doing the job?

How different is litigating in-house vs. in private practice? I’m tired of litigating in private practice and am contemplating a move to an in-house litigation role with a public university—but the pay will definitely be less, so I don’t want to make the switch if it is going to just be the same hamster wheel. Alright my fellow fish I need advice. My last two jobs have been in a very specialized non-lucrative area of law. My state Bar is hiring senior attorneys for their Lawyer Regulation and Enforcement Department. What interests me is that it get me back into litigating (my current role is administrative) and it is a state job with competitive pay and good benefits. Hi all, I’m looking to learn about how one can transition from PwC AC to PwC India.
I joined PwC AC Bangalore as a fresher and have been working here for 13 months.
I was randomly assigned to SAP, but I’ve realised I really want to move away from this and move towards what I originally planned on pursuing i.e. data analysis, I was already well versed in ML and DL with python.
