What is a possible job title for someone who will take care of improving the product onboarding experience (40%, tool tips, onboarding videos, guides) and create/update product support pages (60%)? We need this but we don’t know how to call it. Technical writer doesn’t cover it.

Agreed with Wayfair - I would think products marketing specialist. The right technical L&D lead may be able to support this initiative, too.

Product Marketing and Content Strategy

Is this wheelhouse.

I’ve done this type of work a couple times and struggled with measuring the impact to the title.

Depending on the technical/production skills needed, as well as interactions with other teams and potential management of contractors this can elevate in to a senior role.

Whomever is doing this in the company is dotting the i’s and crossing the T’s so to speak and making the whole company look good and drive revenue.
