My joining date is 1st August in @PwC India, I received another offer and asked HR to match it. She came back with another offer less than what I got some where else. I was waiting for revised offer letter but yet no luck. I called HR and now she is saying its still in process and waiting for approval from Business head. Should I wait or join other company on same date?

I have an offer of 6.5 LPA fixed with Accenture (Level 11). Total CTC in Accenture is 7.8 LPA which includes variable pay. I have an offer of 8 LPA fixed with another company. I have accepted the offer of Accenture so now if I ask Accenture to increase my fixed amount to 7 LPA from 6.5 LPA, will my request get fulfilled and is this fair to ask? My joining date is 20-21 days from today. Please suggest

Hi I got an offer letter from Accenture with DOJ 1st of March but my current organization release me on the 4th of march so in that case what should i need to do as i have already sent a mail to HR to extend my offer letter till 6th of March and she was agree on that. Will they revoke my offer letter in this case or they will initiate my new offer letter. Need help
