currently at 215 base in NYC, 7 YoE in a senior PM role. i’ve been interviewing and it seems doable to be > 200k at most companies
From what I see it’s anywhere 150-170k
That’s been During my interview process but def curious if I am low balling myself 👀
155k base, 15-20% bonus ..
Same (also sr as well)
150k-$180k depending on the vertical
Currently making 165k at a Fintech startup based in LA. No bonuses but a good amount of equity.
Locality dependent too. But yeah I’d say bass around $150k ish
Just accepted an offer at $168k base+ no bonus as senior Product Manager
How many year of experience do you have? What about benefits, equity etc?

I’m in Fortune 10 non-FAANG. On average, from what I know, SrPM roles in my org make ~$150k base (LCOL area) + 20% bonus + $25k++ in RSU. RSU varies based on negotiations, but not less than $25K. Pay bands are wide though so you could see it go higher for some.
Also you can research this information at https://www.levels.fyi based on salaries shared there.
Where?
Without equity it’s not going to get very exciting.
Accepted an offer from a fintech - 200K base + 15% bonus + 75K RSU/4 years
