What is a reasonable raise % to ask for? Been at firm a bit over a year now.

my attitude towards this upcoming promotion is the same as when my best friend asked about taking our "relationship" to the next level...I actually like where we are right now.

I recently got promoted (good raise) and role I see a decent learning curve. I was tho planning on changing to tech or competitor by year end or next year. Currently I am reached out by all competitors and faang. What should I do? I am not prepared as well. Should I also consider recession predicted for EOY

I've been wondering for a long time how do Stay-At-Home moms motivate their daughters to excel in school (academically, socially, etc.)? How do they promote benefits of academic achievement and career success when all their daughters see them do is cook, clean, and chauffer them places?

Even after meeting my metrics goals, I didn't get Strong rating. Where to raise my concern besides my coach?

Not really sure what board is proper for this. But has anyone had an experience where your boss required paperwork for a raise? I started my job as an account manager at a less than reasonable salary, but I was under the impression that I would be able to grow and would have help. A lot of work is dumped on me at one time and all the responsibility falls to me, it's often way to much work for one person. I tried to negotiate a raise with my boss and lead with the fact that I was moving to the area and the salary was not conducive to rent here. He cut me off after my first point and said he'd figure it out. I never got to tell him about my workload. Long story short he required a lease agreement for me to get this raise. It took quite a while to get one... had a few places fall through. My landlord is in the middle of moving so was only able to forward me a PDF of the document that was unsigned, until she has time to meet. Now my boss wants a signed lease with all my roommates signatures too. This is not part of the contract I signed that simply says "provide a lease agreement"... tips?

Passed the in-person with Google and they have had me on hold for team matching now for 5+ months. In that time, I've gotten promoted and a 30k raise. How /when should I bring this up?

I recently got a promotion but my pay raise was 13%. I’ve heard the saying “if it isn’t at least 20%, it isn’t a real promotion”. However I also don’t want to look this gift horse in the mouth in the midst of a pandemic. What do you think I should do?

I am due for a promotion, but my boss doesn't want another Creative Director due to the size of our agency. I am more of an exceptional excution marketing creative with strong strategic skills vs. a traditional advertising concepter/copywriter. My boss has asked me to think of a title.
