I don’t know how else to say like I need a project management tool like department wide since Our own projects are lacking effective/efficient project management. work is so disorganized and we are putting bandaids in concrete cracks. They won’t hire more analysts fast enough to shift the workload.
I’m new (started this yr) and its impossible to learn how to do my job/platform and to ACTUALLY do my job within 8 hrs across 3 projects

I don't know who needs to hear this but I recently had my baby. My due date came and went, kept having false labor contractions for days and was determined to get the baby out! did some research and found out about the Miles Circuit. Did that a few times and it helped a lot but what really started true labor was (1) sincere prayer lol & (2) laying on my back and letting my legs dangle off the bed corners (Walcher's). 1.5 hrs later...baby was out, safe & sound! Hope this helps somebody out there!
