As a newly promoted Manager this year (COVID), I was making $162 base, 2 years out of MBA (target school). But my understanding is that’s already approaching top of the pay band. When I got an industry offer of $179k base my talent group lead told me that if they matched that I’d be the top or one of the top paid managers in my talent group. However, the Summer Associates who were given offers to join as Senior Consultants this year got $160k base right out of business school, so 🤷🏼‍♀️.

167 converted to Indian Rupee would accommodate 4 USI managers. 😅

Hence why USI exists.

She was a SAHM so I guess I understand why she feels that way, but how do I explain to her why these things are necessary? I actually love my MIL but this is driving me nuts.

Hi all! I’m doing some research on parental leave policies to make a case to improve ours. How many weeks does your policy offer? Does it differ between “primary” and “secondary” caregiver? Birth vs other means of growing your family? I’m particularly interested in independent shops, but would love to hear from folks at the network agencies as well. It you could comment with your agency name, I’d be super grateful. Thank you thank you! ❤️
