All staff2s get the same pay bump. You’ll see pay difference when you’re a senior. One more year.
Consider me humbled to be able to reply to such a very deserving staff1. It is my honor (I’m not worthy).
I also thought I was amazing after my staff 1 year but you’ll quickly realize that being a high performer is vastly different as you progress. But to provide context I was a very highly rated staff 1 (got a 5 overall rating which is equivalent to a gold standard) and I got a 20% raise. I doubt it will be that high for you given the state of the firms performance this year

Leave the guy/gal alone - y’all are just bitter that you didn’t kill it like he/she. Not sure how the rating system works now, OP, but it used to be tiered based on 3/4/5 - maybe 2% each time
