I gotta ask - if these are your responsibilities in a company that's valued at $15MM (which means you're doing maybe $2 - 3MM/annum, why do they need two (2) people to run sales? Also, if you're doing all these things, what does the other guy do - watch you do them?

I will clarify that my personal quota is the most immediate of my job responsibilities, and all of the other responsibilities are "extra" initiatives I've been told we can take on as a company with me spearheading. My problem with this is there is no path out of the personal quota, as with our mostly manual process, it takes me most of the workday to produce my minimum number of meetings, etc. and little time for the other efforts, which is what I'm truly passionate about. Is it also typical for a head of sales to carry a quota? Keep in mind our sales team is only 5 people at the moment.
Is co-head equivalent to VP?
