I had a HR Discussion after clearing 2 HCL rounds and 2 client interviews . HR is not considering moving above 40% hike no matter whatever I say to justify, the Discussion was like talking to a wall . Any suggestions to get another 10-15% more (first offer)? Will HR reject me stating this reason in HCL ?? Suppose the company is ready to give me early release on my 90 days NP, and for a moment, assume, I don't want it. Then how can I proceed?

I can simply say, no and continue serving my NP. However, if they insist, then should I ask them to pay me for the remaining NP? (like early release in one month, but ask them to pay for full three months)
