Can I move from like a tier 4 to big 4 with 1.5 YOE and masters? A to SA?

I’m starting to get staffed in more CD-level roles and floundering…I need creative director bootcamp. I don’t know how to ask the right questions, develop a creative process, structure a team, or even trust my own judgement on creative anymore. I’ve learned a bit from other CDs but they tend to be so high-level their skillsets aren’t as applicable since I still get in the weeds as an ACD. How can I learn this stuff without asking my manager for help every time I have to lead a team?

Any advice for working with teams while in a slump? My work gets compliments but I keep getting feedback I need to be less reserved. Just feel even more worse I can’t connect with others

10-12 days back I had an interview with UBS. I have not received any feedback yet. In UBS portal application is shown as interviews in progress. To work as Manager kpmg- loaned staff in big MNC as business analyst To work in scb gbs as product owner ( Associate Director) . I have been with this bank after mba for 3 years as business analyst previously. Comp: Fixed is same. However min & max performance bonus Quoted in Kpmg is slightly Higher. for techies banks might not be place of growth as technology adoption is pretty less. But how is it for functional PPL.

For kpmg india, what is the notice period in first 6 months? On portal I can see it is 90 days! Is it correct ?
