I’ve heard you get a bonus if you win a Lion. Is that true? Or is it a holding company thing where the agency gets a bonus?

Hitachi Vantara: 22,85,714 (Fixed) + 251428 (Variable+PF)

Ping Identity : 2750000 (Fixed) + 552327 (Variable+PF)

SMARSH : 3000000 (Fixed+PF) + 300000 (Variable)

Can anyone help me with Infosys payslip.
I joined Infosys with a CTC of 24lpa (15% variable)
Today i received my first month salary and it is only 1.06 lakh.
I am feeling low only as in my previous organisation my CTC was 13.5 lpa and i used to receive 97k including tax.
The CTS has been increased to 10.5 lakh but in-hand is only 9k.
