Its been ages since I started searching for a job.. The other day I got a call from ADP after asking all the details they asked for my Aadhar and date of birth.. Just now I got a call saying they are from TCS and they asked my Pan number and date of birth. Is it a common practice to collect that information?

Consistently billing 190-200 hours per month but being told it's not enough. Firm average is about 165 but my group expects more of us. Anyone have tips for billing more/more efficiently? 200 feels like a struggle- not sure how people hit 250+. 2nd year lit associate if that helps!
