I am currently working in a Big 4 in Bengaluru with 28 lpa(25lpa fixed + 3lpa bonus) I got an offer from another Big 4 in UK,London with 58K GBP (55.5K fixed + 2.5k bonus)). I have total 8 YOE. Shall I move to UK or stay back in india.

Currently working in corporate (my degree is in Higher Ed / Student affairs) and I’m trying to transition back to the Student affairs field. Only make about 70k in my current corporate job but potential for growth- is there anyone working with students RN who makes 80-100k? My current job feels really soulless but I help support my parents and can’t sacrifice salary for meaningful work…

What would you rather have instead of negligible salary increases?

1. Amex Bangalore : 1.7 Lakh per month after taxes (27 LPA fixed + 2lakh variable + 1lakh joining bonus)
2. Luxoft Romania : 2.5 Lakh per month after Taxes (15000 RON per month post tax , 25000 pre tax).
