In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Need some Advice.. I’m a professional MBA student that was working FT and used an PM internship to transition into the space. I stepped in for an actual PM who was on leave and was doing real work. In august they extended my internship to Nov. Yesterday, They offer me a FT APM role, but it starts July 10 and have to respond by 10/15. Internship still ends in Nov, so no employment for 7 months.
