Infy is giving me X whereas the other one is offering X+2 lpa. Shall I go for counter offer with Infy? Do they entertain? If anyone has done so, please enlighten me.

EY - 25LPA fixed, 0-22% (i.e. 0 to 5LPA) as variable (on avg at 10% variable, will get 2.5 LPA). so total is 27.5LPA

TCS - 30 LPA fixed, 8 LPA is variable (based on last 3-4 years stats, will get 75% to 80% of it). so the total is 36LPA

YOE: 9 Yrs

Profile: EY - manager assurance, TCS - consultant

Location: EY-India, TCS-India and will have to move to Singapore in a year

I am confused between both. What will add value to my profile?
