Hi Guys , I had a salary negotiation with HR for getting retained . I have an overall exp of 9.5 years in Endpoint Cybersecurity and works as an associate consultant . My current CTC is 14 and i have an offer for 24 + 3(joining bonus). What should I expect from HCL in order to be retained?

I gave one round of technical interview with HCL and submitted supporting documents to HR and iboard with CCTC : 10 lakh, ECTC : 20 lakh.
While i was waiting for a call from HR for salary negotiation, The offer letter has been released for 15 lakh CTC without a discussion on salary. Please advice if there a stipulated timeline to accept the offer letter within ? Do they call for negotiation if I don't accept the offer ?

HR and leadership denied my request for our company’s cell phone reimbursement ($60, but it’s still something) because they came to a conclusion that those who aren’t directors don’t use their phone enough for work purposes to warrant it. So I’m about to delete my work email, Zoom, Slack, etc. from my phone. Guess if they need to get ahold of me, they have to wait until I get on my computer.

What's the scenario in Accenture for leaves in notice period yes policy wise we cannot take but in case of emergency like medical and sickness can we take it? though I don't have sick leaves remaining I have 30 above paid leaves.
Or suggest what can I do with this extra leaves I really need time off can they reduce my notice period adjusting those excess leaves?
