What is competitive salary for Employee experience manager?

In-house salaries are always much harder to compare than private practice, so difficult to know if you’re getting a good deal. Would anyone mind posting salary / area of law / location / hours?

Upstox offered a base salary 35 LPA. With other benefits total CTC: 41LPA.

This amount quoted is good or shall I negotiate more?

Please help me in getting the approx base salary of sde2 at Upstox.

I was an MBA intern and FT hire at Deloitte. Been here 3 years, been at M for the last year. I have seen others leave at this point in their careers and go direct to SM/director roles in industry, but as I start applying for jobs and have convos with recruiters, I have had more than one say that I’m light on YOE and that for that reason alone I am either not considered for a SM role or unlikely to have my salary expectations met.

How can I combat/preempt this? Others clearly have.

I have 2 job offers and need to make a decision by the end of the week, for a data analyst position.

Company A base salary 90k
Company B base salary 95k

During the hiring process I mentioned to company A my salary expectation (80k~90k) and this is the company I would like to join.

I do not know if I should mention to company A that I got another offer for 95k and negotiate the base salary.

Any thoughts?

Received an offer as a Strategy Associate (in house consulting team) in hardware/tech (think the Ciscos, Western Digitals, Intels) in San Jose. Base 120k, 10k signing bonus, 15k relocation, 12k RSU over 4 years (3k per year). I have 2 YOE in consulting. Is this a competitive offer?

I received an offer from EY for a M2 starting at $170K with a sign-on bonus. I have 7-YOE in Digital Forensics and 2-YOE in Cyber Threat Intelligence generation, cryptocurrency tracing, Network Intrusion Forensics, Web Application PenTesting, Purple Team operations, and malware analysis.
