All you folks doing Backdoor Roth IRA conversions.. do you not ever keep anything in your Traditional IRA accounts? Guess it hurts the tax savings and defeats the purpose of backdoor then?
So one moves 6/7K from 401K to Traditional IRA and immediately backdoors it to Roth? And do this every year.. right?
When do you tell your work that you’re pregnant? We had an oops and surprise! I’m pregnant and due at the end of March. I’m terrified to tell them but I feel like I should tell them sooner than later since I’m due during busy season. 🤦🏼♀️ I’m married & we have other kids but they’re older & I didn’t work in PA when they were little so this is all new to me.
The breonna Taylor case is sad and it’s heartbreaking to see that people are using it as an excuse not to vote because “the system is the same”. I’d rather have a president who shows sympathy and cares about black lives than one who uses this moment to show support to cops. Please vote !!!! It’s not the solution but it’s a walk towards the solution.

This month 2 non-end units listed for 330k and sold right away. The opposite end unit on my 5 unit building was listed for 340k and is currently pending.
