Hi fishes, Help me decide which one to go with.
Yoe: 12+
EY GDS: 25 lpa fixed Senior consultant Level 2
Conduent: 34lpa (no variable pay) Senior Manager C08
I'm not sure if EY can match the offer but I'm inclined towards Conduent as they're offering a better role.
Should I go with the big 4 with lower designation or a smaller company with a better role that suits my experience?

Hi..I am a supply chain consultant having more than 6.5 years experience. My technology is primarily "QUINTIQ".I know probably you have never heard of it.It is pretty rare and mostly used in Europe. The dilemma I am facing is that I am not getting offers from any product based/ big 4 only service based companies. Nothing against service based,I loved working in tcs and currently I am in dxc.Dxc is my 3rd company in my 6.5 years tenure. Can anyone please guide me to switch any kolkata based product /big 4.

I am interviewing currently for a tech/product related role at Bank of America and the recruiter mentioned wanting to draft an offer. I’m guessing they will come back with some figures later this week but I would love to DM someone that could give me insight or knows about BofA pay bands. Better yet if I can send you the link to the job posting and can lookup the level. Need to know what salary I can get away with asking. Bank of America

Work long hours, attractive, but think a bit too high of themselves.
@Director1 I couldn't agree more and had the same experience.
Had a great experience interviewing with them and was impressed by the folks I met (could see myself having fun working with them)
Smart, Well-dressed, A-types but either married and don’t pay too much attention to family or single wanting to start a family but gets bested by work. A few have families and value WLB but are potentially on their way out the door.
