Just started working in-house within the last couple of months. First real attorney gig after doing compliance. The GC was terminated and I had to fill in the role as GC (even though that’s not what I’m called). My company says they don’t need a GC. Talked to my boss today and they want to hire another to take things off my plate since I am the only attorney. They plan to rewrite my job position to do more risk and compliance. Am I wrong for feeling like I should have been included in the convo?

I am a new immigrant to PA USA, I have got working background of my own trading company and magazine, and with two promotions in the same office in Afghanistan, but when I am going for interview of a job they don't want to hear from my background they only consider my background of working in US, I want to work as assistant or administrative in any office in Philadelphia.

LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program? I’m interested in applying for the 2 years of full time work as an LCSW but my loans are a bit under 50k so I’m wondering if they would only give me what I need to clear my loans or would I still get 50k as long as I complete my contract ?

After 5 weeks of my resignation I have not got any official document from TCS, i have connected with HR nearly every week or 2 week but not got any official document neither contact of the separation team.

Is it normal? I have 1 and half month notice remaining, all formalities can be done within that?
